What You’ll Contribute to OHM Advisors

As a Client Representative you will ensure client satisfaction by maintaining active relationships (through being the main point of contact) with assigned clients. You will work closely with OHM's Principal for your clients and project's Project Managers. The Client Representative is considered a trusted advisor by our clients and is responsible for preserving and growing client relationships, assisting the Project Managers with managing your clients work profitably, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Be the day to day representative with Municipal clients including attendance at Council and Planning Commission meetings.
• Aid the OHM Principal and Project Manager in managing scope, schedule and budget of various contracts.
• Aid in managing staff, sub-consultants, and expenses during project implementation.
• Effectively communicating project goals, alternatives, recommendations and outcomes to project team, client and public (memos, reports, presentations etc.).
• Advising the client on project issues, providing alternatives and solutions.
• Business Development and Client Satisfaction.
• Obtaining repeat work from clients, including cross selling of OHM services.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Familiarity with AutoCad Civil 3D and GIS programs.
• Proven ability to manage people and enjoy working in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to continue to grow both personally and professionally with our Municipal team in Southeast Michigan.
