Location: Greenfield, NH | Program: Crotched Mountain School, a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire

As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you’ll provide direct and consultative therapeutic services, design behavior support plans, train staff, and help students build meaningful skills for life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group therapy
  • Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
  • Train staff to implement therapeutic strategies
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Professional licensure is required (LMHC, LICSW, LCSW preferred)
• Experience with developmental disabilities and behavior intervention
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license; ability to lift 25 lbs
