As a Senior AP Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing across multiple global entities and ERP systems. You’ll be trusted to:

✔ Process and post invoices in line with global standards and country-specific guidelines
✔ Validate inputs, apply correct tax codes (VAT, WHT), and ensure accuracy to avoid rework
✔ Respond to vendor queries and unblock invoices efficiently and professionally
✔ Maintain compliance with SOX and internal controls
✔ Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
✔ Contribute to process improvement initiatives and drive efficiencies

✔ Manage high volumes—up to 1000 invoices monthly using SAP EP Blueprint.

What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to excellence. You bring:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (or relevant experience)
 Knowledge of financial accounting principles and exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred)
 Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
 Strong communication skills in English
 Ability to work independently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize effectively

Proficiency in MS Office and fast, accurate data input skills
