REPORTS TO: Director of Staffing
POSITION TYPE: Temporary/Seasonal – Not Eligible for Benefits
START DATE: January 2026
COMPENSATION: $20-25/hour (up to 40 hrs. a week)

THE OPPORTUNITY
YES Prep needs a dynamic Recruiting and Staffing Coordinator with a robust set of experiences to make our mission a reality. As a YES Prep employee, you will achieve jaw-dropping results, create pathways to opportunity for our students, and build transformative relationships.
To put it simply, you will support the Staffing Team by ensuring that candidates are moved through our hiring process in a timely manner so that all YES Prep can be 100% staffed.
THE ROLE
When you join the YES Prep team, some of the work and responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the recruitment and screening of candidates for campus-based roles.
- Supporting the selection process for all new YES Prep team members, including communication, offer letters, verifying work eligibility in the U.S., certification verifications, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
- Supporting certification audits and the certification processes in accordance with the organization's certification policy.
- Maintaining accurate staff data regarding certifications and communicating with current employees about certification requirements.
- Consistently communicating to support change management and the day-to-day functions of Recruitment and Staffing,
- Responding to inquiries from a variety of stakeholders, including principals, current employees, managers, new hires, former employees, and external entities, in a timely and professional manner.
- Supporting the coordination and execution of Hiring Events (up to 3 evening or Saturday events).
- Additional duties as assigned.

MUST HAVES
- Associate's degree from an accredited educational institution
- 2+ years of professional experience in a human resources, administrative, or operations-focused role
- Comfort using computer applications and systems, including Microsoft Offi
