Senior Engineer Controls

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Design, support, improve, and test controls and automation systems and equipment of moderate to high complexity
• Lead and implement automated equipment design projects, ensuring compliance with machine safety, ergonomics, and efficiency
• Support the manufacturing floor for any controls related inquiries (may provide repair and maintenance support of control systems)
• Independently fabricate control systems as required
• Participate in international and multi-site projects

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering or related field
• More than 4 years of proven experience in relevant industry
• Proficient understanding of PLCs, automation, ladder logic, arrays, tags, and programming
• Expertise in SCADA systems (Ignition), HMI programming, and deployment
• Familiarity with communication protocols such as EIP, OPC-UA
• Knowledge of relational and historical databasing, industrial networking and network interface
• Experience with robotics, vision systems, linear actuators, servos, VFDs, motion control, motor control, safety circuits, and safety hardware
• Proficiency in data acquisition hardware and associated programming
• Ability to design electrical schematics (and 3D models)
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Solid troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
