WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: The Sr. Technical Business Analyst will support Aisle Rocket’s Technical Project Management team. The role is a crucial part of Aisle Rocket’s process of Agile software development. This role will entail gathering requirements, documentation, communicating between key stakeholders, and the development of user stories.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Communicate between key stakeholders on both client and internal teams
  • Lead the gathering and documentation of important requirements for development projects
  • Identifying risks and roadblocks in the development process
  • Work alongside Scrum Masters and development teams in an Agile environment
  • Create user stories for testing

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, especially in a technical or advertising space
  • 4+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Experience using Atlassian suite tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • A strong understanding and demonstrable experience with the Software Development Lifecycle and Software Development tools
  • Good communication skills – This role will be client facing
  • Highly dependable, organized and detail oriented
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative, team environment
  • Prior experience in marketing or advertising preferred
