Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor

Summary: As a Porter, you’ll ensure our vibrant community exudes warmth and impeccable cleanliness inside and out. You'll meticulously maintain interior spaces and manicured grounds, transforming ordinary areas into tranquil havens. The ideal candidate will demonstrate unwavering commitment to cleanliness standards, driving resident satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:  

· Exceptional hospitality – transform vacant apartments into warm, welcoming spaces, elevate common areas like the clubhouse, pool, fitness rooms, and recreation spaces, and preserve the cleanliness of hallways, lobby, and mail areas - all through meticulous cleaning. 

· Curate outdoor allure – remove debris to ensure a litter-free paradise, exercise your green thumb through raking, weeding, and shoveling, blow off curbs, walkways, and breezeways, and maintain the appearance of receptacle areas. 

· Keep a watchful eye - report unsafe conditions or activities in and around the property to a supervisor and/or management daily.

· Foster positive relations – having a warm demeanor and genuine desire to enhance the resident experience will be the hallmark of your interactions.

Who You Are:  

· Excellent communication abilities, top-notch customer service skills, capable of making sound decisions and performing well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

· Ability to follow safety procedures using Personal Protective Equipment whenever hazards or processes of the environment could cause injury or impairment through absorption, inhalation, or physical contact.

Work Environment and Physical Demands: 

· Frequent need to be outdoors in all conditions, often for extended periods of time.

· Constant need to be on feet and perform physical activities such as bending, squatting, climbing stairs, reaching above shoulders, and lifting up to 100 lbs. (>50 lbs. accomplished with assistance) 

· Note: Precautions taken to ensure proper lifting and carrying procedures is the individual’s responsibility.
