Position Overview

The Human Resources team, located in Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking a Sr Learning Specialist. The NNA Non-Technical Learning Specialist is responsible for driving salaried learning programs for functions and regional leaders, the deployment, communication, and use of digital learning offerings across the region, and implementation of global leadership and functional curriculums in NNA. This role works directly with regional and global collaborators to identify and develop initiatives for accelerating the development of all salaried employees, as well as working with plant leaders on the deployment of leadership and digital learning offerings.

 

This role will be responsible for not only the design / re-design of these learning programs, but also for coordinating the budget, onsite execution, and delivery, as well as the overall experience for all participants or users.

• Novelis Leadership Architecture Curriculum
• Regional Operations Leadership Development (ROLD)
• Global Operations Leadership Development (GOLD)
• Leading Inclusively
• People Management at Novelis
• Functional learning
• CSOD oversight
• Use and execution of Easygenerator
• Development of learning materials
• AskHR support
• Other non-technical learning programs, as needed
• For each program, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that the delivery within our plants is appropriate, effective, and meets the unique needs of their location.
• Responsible for the selection of the right participants in order to improve the content and impact on the region.
• This role is responsible for supporting learning participants as needed and crafting an overall outstanding experience for them.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelors in HR Management or Organizational Psychology related
• Microsoft Office: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), WebEx, LMS
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in learning management, delivery/design, or human resources
• Proficient in project management and working efficiently within a heavily matrix environment. Working style: consultative, speed, succinct
