This position will provide payroll and administrative support to the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine’s Research Business Office. The position will be responsible for assisting the Associate Director of Operations and Finance, HR Manager, Staffing Coordinator and Grants Managers in maintaining salary grids and costing allocation updates for faculty and research staff for the department. This position will also serve as point of contact for UPHS and University systems access for new faculty and staff. Other responsibilities may include but not limited to journal entries for budget and cost transfers as well as assisting in workflow processes in Workday. It is expected that this position will be familiar with both Department and University policies and procedures and will ensure they are communicated effectively and implemented appropriately.Job Description
