Business Development Officer

Central Bank of Colorado has created a Business Banking segment in Colorado Springs and is building a team of Business Bankers. As the Business Development Officer, you will develop new business and build a portfolio of business banking relationships. You will be responsible will originate new business banking relationship with borrowing needs. You will make an impact by contributing to the growth of the bank by providing business lending, deposits, and cash management solutions. You will get to work with Personal/ Consumer clientele as well to assist with their lending needs. In this role, you will get to work with clients on a broad range of banking functions.

This position starts at $92,665 a year and can increase from there depending on experience.

Qualifications

3-5 years experience in a business banking relationship management role or related business lending experience

 

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience strongly preferred

 

Strong understanding of financial analysis with formal credit training preferred

 

Ability to build relationships with clients, internal partners, and referral sources

 

Strong current business network preferred

 

Must be entrepreneurial minded and community focused.
