- Responsible for the overall quality of regional Enterprise Operations Information Technology (IT) service delivery.
- Provide world-class IT technical support to Meta employees in alignment
with Enterprise Operation objectives and overarching business needs. - Build and execute a scalable IT support strategy, grow an engaged and talented IT team spanning multiple locations
to support Meta’s rapid expansion. - Synthesize IT business requirements, IT feedback, and technical data to drive impact for the customer and execute a scalable IT support strategy,
working in partnership with Meta’s Customer Experience and Quality and Data program teams as well as regional peers. - Provide IT leadership, IT strategy, and IT direction for employee
operations-related functions. - Participate in discussions with business leaders to understand business goals, market insights, challenges and priorities and optimize IT practices based on
such understanding. - Influence Enterprise Operations peers to develop IT strategies ensuring regional IT needs are represented and aligned with the business.
- Plan and drive IT program
enhancements through defining, optimizing, and managing effective IT business processes and tools. - Responsible for all aspects of organizational IT design and IT team leadership,
including hiring strategies and applying a consultative approach to IT resource management. - Drive the adoption of Enterprise Operations IT solutions, prepare the IT team for new
products/service releases and stay on the forefront of emerging industry practices. - Manage Enterprise Operations budget effectively and balance IT needs with financial IT investment.
- Partner with employee Communications department and represent the Enterprise Operations department on a global level, effectively promoting transparent IT communications.
- Manage
Enterprise Operations vendor and supplier relationships. - Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and the application of general IT controls in furtherance of Enterprise Operations
objectives and business needs. - Travel required approximately 25% of the time.
- The position’s travel requirement of “Travel required approximately 25% of the time” encompasses both international and domestic travel.
- As to frequency, and with regard to domestic
travel, please note that domestic travel is required for the position approximately 5-7 days per month, based on business needs. - This would result in about 16% - 23% of domestic travel for
the full calendar year. - With regard to international travel, please note that international travel is required for the position approximately 13 days per year, based on business needs.
- This
would result in about 3% of international travel for the full calendar year.
- Requires a Master’s degree in Digital Media, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or related technical field and 3 years of work experience in job offered orin an Information Technology Management-related position. Experience must include 3 years of experience in the following:
- 1. Managing regional Information Technology (IT) at a multinational company
- 2. Leading a global Information Technology (IT) support organization
- 3. Experience providing Information Technology (IT) remote support with emphasis on customer service needs
- 4. Managing Information Technology (IT) professionals, leading strategy across technical spectrum and providing region-specific IT solutions
- 5. Growing and scaling an Information Technology (IT) organization
- 6. Experience managing shifting organizational Information Technology (IT) structures and matrix reporting, with a focus on driving IT support services
- 7. Experience and proficiency in core Information Technology (IT) systems, including Linux, PC and Mac processes
- 8. Performing project management around the launch of a new technical product or tool
- 9. Resolving complex Information Technology (IT) issues and managing IT escalation processes
- 10. Proficiency in client-centric software platforms, software applications, including security and diagramming applications, email architecture, networking, bus
