Communications Representative

SalesBizLab We are is seeking a Communications Representative to enhance internal and external communications. This role involves coordinating company messaging, assisting with public relations efforts, and ensuring clear, effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Dallas,TX

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, team members, and partners.
• Assist in creating reports, presentations, and written materials for internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate company announcements, newsletters, and email correspondence.
• Support the execution of marketing and branding initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and interactions with clients.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Previous experience in communications, customer service, or public relations is a plus.
