Trillium Woods is recruiting for a hospitality focused Security Officer (Part-Time, E/O weekend, 3rd shift)

to join our team!

Essential Job Duties:

• · Develops and maintains a good working rapport and maintains a positive and professional demeanor with residents, family members, visitors, and personnel to assure that security procedures meet the needs of the facility.
• · Makes scheduled rounds both inside and outside the buildings to maintain a secure environment for residents and their property as well as company property.
• · Ensures safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigating any unusual activity.
• · Assists with special security needs as they arise involving employees, visitors, and other members of the community.
• · Provides written report of any community incident during the shift that Plant Operations Director and other administration may need to be aware of.
• · Always maintains entrances in facility for safe passage. Shovels and keeps clear exit door walkways during and after snowstorms.
• · Drive residents as needed on campus.
• · Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor. Performs specific work
• duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
• · Monitor security cameras and safety panels, sign in and out keys to authorized persons, assist residents and staff to parking area as requested, respond to all code emergencies.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Possess a valid driver's license
• Highschool diploma/GED
• Must have or be willing to be trained in first responder, first aid & CPR training
• One year experience in security or two years customer service preferred

Pay Range: $19-21/hr (DOQ)
