WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Are you a hard-working, motivated individual with a passion for teamwork and leadership? We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate with the possibility to promote to a Lead position, to join our team in Lansing, MI!

Pay: $17/hour
Location: Lansing, Michigan
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8pm-4am

Requirements

What You'll Do:

• Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• Consistently lift up to 50 lbs. throughout your shift
• Accurately scan and document inventory
• Lead by example to motivate and support team members
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Operate forklifts (experience a plus!)

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for long periods
• Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills — must be able to read, understand, and speak English
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Previous warehouse or leadership experience preferred
