Senior Project Manager

<p><strong>To expand the team, we are looking for a senior self-driven and customer-oriented professional with a strong background in project management and industrial services.  </strong></p><p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong> </p><p>The work will involve bridging the gap between sales and operational resources, managing customer expectations as well as solving the everyday logistical puzzles of a truly global and evolving service business company. In practice, this means supporting the service production projects, monitoring their progress and doing a lot of planning &amp; resource allocation work in addition to communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. You will get to work with our largest customers and playing the key role in enabling customer success. </p><p>Being able to communicate efficiently and clearly with various stakeholders is key for success in the position and you must not be afraid to get your hands dirty every now and then, as well as being proactive and taking ownership of the success of the project are vital. </p><p>The hired person can join the team either in Helsinki or Rotterdam. The start date will be during autumn.</p><p><strong>How to be successful in this role:</strong> </p><ul> <li>You have previous senior-level experience in working with B2B environment, managing project, building relationships with managers/director level personnel of larger organizations  </li> </ul><ul> <li>You have previous experience in managing key accounts   </li> </ul><ul> <li>Excellent communication skills and fluency in English language </li> </ul><ul> <li>Independent and proactive working style, resilience and problem-solving skills; you excel at handling many things at the same time and not dropping anything even under tighter schedules </li> </ul><ul> <li>You are tech savvy and can provide some light level internal support if needed</li> </ul><p><strong>Make a difference and join </strong><strong>Aeromon!
