JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Management and Organization Department in the Smeal College of Business is seeking a candidate to serve as a Teaching Assistant for BA 804 for the Spring 2024 semester.

Duties will include:

• Prep for class
• Serve as liaisons to the students
• Grade quizzes
• Monitor Zoom for the class discussions (cueing the instructor as the discussion leader to respond to “Chat” and “Raised Hand” comments)
• Online quiz proctoring
