You will also help children build relationships, adapt to change, develop self-advocacy skills, and strengthen their emotional well-being.&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>This role is 80% clinical and 20% administrative</li> <li>You'll provide virtual counseling for children, parents, and families</li> <li>Gain a specialized expertise in neurodevelopmental disorders&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate&nbsp;amongst &nbsp;experts in neurology, speech therapy, and behavioral health</li> <li>Consult with seasoned therapists, attend weekly team meetings, and internal training opportunities&nbsp;</li> <li>Enjoy a consistent caseload, streamlined workflows and administrative support&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="192" data-end="639"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Scheduling Options</strong></span></h4> <p>We are flexible to align schedules with your best availability.&nbsp;To ensure a consistent caseload, we ask for between 10-25 hours of availability during peak hours.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Peak Hours:</strong> Monday through Friday between 2-7 PM, Saturday'
