Position overview
At allnex, the HR Generalist is focused on understanding what people need and knowing how to provide it. If you're a committed and driven people-person looking to advance your career in the exciting world of HR, this is the best place to be. We're in search of a qualified and resourceful HR Generalist to support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. You will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and drive the recruiting and staffing function while supporting the training and development activities, and benefits communications.
Responsibilities
- Execute in recruitment processes including creation of job advertisements, scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretations consistent with business operations.
- Assist in administering benefits, compensations, and employee performance management.
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
- Responsible for data entry into HRIS system and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in administering records including attendance, preparation of payroll and personnel data into SAP.
- Responsible for developing and implementing employee engagement activities to improve culture within the site.
- Maintains current knowledge of HR state and federal regulations and ensures compliance to applicable laws.
- Support and advise all employees in all HR related matters.
Required skills and experience
- Proven experience working in HR department in a manufacturing environment.
- Additional HR training or experience and certification is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS system.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
- Experience with ADP-WFN is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, or a related field.
- SHRM-CP strongly required.
