For more information, visit NIQ.com.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>NIQ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior ML Engineer at NIQ, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing advanced AI/GenAI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable AI/GenAI solutions.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Spain (remote work is allowed 4 days per week).</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement AI/GenAI models and algorithms using Python programming language, jointly with knowledge about PyTorch/Tensorflow, Pandas, sklearn and similar AI/GenAI libraries.</li><li>Utilize ML fundamentals, including deep learning, optimization techniques, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs), to solve real-world problems.</li><li>Work closely with data scientists and engineers to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and develop end-to-end ML pipelines.</li><li>Conduct experiments and perform model evaluation to ensure the robustness, scalability, and accuracy of AI/GenAI solutions. • Optimize and fine-tune AI/GenAI models for performance and efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with cloud computing teams to deploy AI/GenAI models on cloud platforms, preferably Azure.</li><li>Utilize SQL for data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) processes.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/GenAI.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. • Proven experience 5 years working as a Senior ML Engineer or similar role.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Python programming language.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of ML fundamentals, including deep learning, optimization techniques, generative AI, NLP, and LLMs.</li><li>Experience with cloud computing platforms (knowledge of Azure is a plus).</li><li>Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation and analysis.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Why Join Us:</strong></p><ul><li>Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects at the forefront of technology.</li><li>Collaborative and innovative work environment.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Continuous learning and professional development opportunities</li></ul><p><strong>Our Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible working environment</li><li>Volunteer time off</li><li>LinkedIn Learning</li><li>Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP)</li></ul> <p><strong>About NIQ</strong></p><p>NIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
