You will assist with inquiries, resolve customer issues, and provide support to other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges

• Maintain and update customer records and accounts

• Provide general administrative support to the customer service team

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism

• Participate in training and development programs as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to resolve issues and handle customer inquiries with professionalism
