About the role
Join the team making AI safe.
Anthropic is seeking a thoughtful, multidisciplinary product counsel to support our teams building and deploying innovative AI systems and products. You will work cross-functionally to identify and address risks, help define policies and procedures, advise on product development, and support internal education on legal issues. The ideal candidate will have experience navigating complex, rapidly changing, ambiguous areas of law and policy, balancing competing concerns, and translating broad principles into concrete actions and advice, especially on issues at the intersection of AI, data privacy, content moderation and intellectual property. As one of the early in-house lawyers in a rapidly scaling startup, you’ll step up to handle whatever needs doing.
