TekSynap is seeking a results-driven Senior Vice President (SVP) to lead and manage our Integration Services group. This role is responsible for overseeing growth, operational excellence, and financial performance within the Integration Services group. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer engagement skills, personnel management expertise, a strong track record in business capture and growth, and solid financial acumen. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• P&L Management: Oversee the financial performance of the Integration Services portfolio, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and alignment with TekSynap’s strategic goals. Analyze financial metrics and implement strategies to drive improvements.
• Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact. Ensure exceptional service delivery, contract performance, and satisfaction across the portfolio.
• Personnel Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team, including VPs, Directors, sales professionals, and support staff. Support professional development, foster a high-performance culture, and drive accountability within the team.
• Business Capture and Growth: Drive business capture strategy and organic growth within the Integration Services portfolio. Identify and pursue new opportunities, develop compelling capture strategies, and collaborate with the business development team on proposals.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for the Integration Services portfolio, setting and monitoring performance objectives to ensure alignment with corporate goals and adjusting tactics as needed.
• VAR and OEM Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with VARs and OEMs to strengthen partnerships, negotiate favorable agreements, and expand TekSynap’s offerings. Leverage these relationships to develop cutting-edge, competitive solutions for customers. Ensure alignment between TekSynap and its technology partners to drive mutual success.
• Technical Solutions: Oversee the development and delivery of technical solutions that meet customer requirements. Ensure operational and delivery teams are equipped to innovate and execute complex projects effectively.
• Sales Leadership: Drive sales efforts across the Integration Services group, developing strategies to grow revenue and market share. Support sales teams in achieving targets and capturing new opportunities.
• Risk and Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, contract requirements, and company policies across the Integration Services portfolio. Proactively address risks to maintain consistency and reliability in service delivery.
• Financial Oversight: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis, ensuring accurate financial reporting. Manage billing, collections, and resource allocation to meet financial targets and optimize operational efficiency.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role within the GovCon or IT integration sector, managing P&Ls and driving business growth.
• Strong sales acumen with experience driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Exceptional customer engagement skills with a proven ability to build and maintain high-trust relationships within federal and commercial markets.
• Experienced leader with a track record of developing high-performing teams and achieving operational excellence.
• Demonstrated success in engineering technical solutions and delivering results in high-stakes environments.
• Proven expertise in managing VAR and OEM relationships, including negotiating agreements and fostering strategic partnerships.
• Proven business capture and growth skills, with a history of securing new contracts and expanding existing accounts.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, analyzing P&L statements, and making strategic financial decisions.
• Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
