In that case, read further - you might be the <b>Salesforce Senior Administrator</b> we are looking for!</p><p></p><p>In this role you will be a part of Service Platform Team working mainly with Salesforce platform, Service cloud and Experience cloud activities. Our Service Platform team consists of team members with different roles and duties e.g. Product owner, Scrum master, Developers, Admins, Architect and Team Leader. Team is heavily following Scrum practices and using this framework on our daily work. Team supports the product owner in her job by providing needed estimates for product backlog items and selecting sprint goals with team’s capability.</p><p></p><p>Salesforce Administrator participates in all stages of the activities together with the team: planning needed requirements and technical efforts, coding and configuration, testing, debugging and deploying software packages. Administrator also creates needed technical documentation and ensures it is up to date.</p><p></p><p>In addition to all this, we are curious about your ideas – you will be able to shape your work based on your areas of interest. In this position, you will get to work with and support Finland’s top gurus from different fields and be a part of an ambitious working environment that you can be proud of.</p><p></p><p><b>Your Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><p>Administrator solves business problems by customizing and configuring the Salesforce Platform. Administrators build, configure, and automate technology solutions to deliver business value. Salesforce Administrators works with Product Owners, Solution owners and key-users  to define needed requirements and customize applications as needed.</p><p></p><p><b>Maintain Salesforce platform:</b> </p><ul><li>Responsible with Salesforce major releases and other app exchange updates</li><li>Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer</li><li>Manage Salesforce’s system performance and proactive monitoring.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Platform and Operational Support:</b></p><ul><li>Working with Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards and reports. Manages permissions level access and change application metadata, functionality, and data</li><li>Provide technical support for our in-house built applications and implement necessary configuration changes based on annual tasks.</li><li>Sandbox environment management - creating sandboxes</li><li>Salesforce platform Backup management</li><li>Identify unused or retired platform features</li><li>Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed</li><li>Security practices and efforts including Salesforce Shield</li><li>Collaborate with other Platform Administrators, Product owners, solution owners to provide operational support, enhancements, and resolving bug fixes.</li><li>Resolving support tickets together with OPS and EUS</li><li>Perform user trainings </li><li>Participate in efforts to planning, testing, training and documentation in Aalto Salesforce environment. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Releases and Deployments: </b></p><ul><li>Implement Pre- and/or Post task into production instances (SIT, UAT, Prod)</li><li>Helping with release deployments, version control and API access </li><li>Oversee product releases, version control, and API access using deployment automation tools like GitHub Actions to streamline deployment processes.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Agile and Scrum:</b> </p><ul><li>Actively engage in Scrum processes, supporting Product Owners in planning, development, testing, and documentation to deliver features and improvements effectively.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Documentation: </b></p><ul><li>Maintaining of documentatio
