We are seeking a visionary Senior Software Engineer to oversee the front-end and integration aspects of an innovative employee experience mobile application. This application will incorporate AI-powered features, including generative AI, to deliver personalized and interactive experiences for employees. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in front-end technologies, a strong understanding of system integrations, and experience working with both in-house teams and outsourcing partners.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will architect and implement intuitive, engaging user interfaces and manage the seamless integration of APIs, AI models, and back-end systems. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a mobile application that transforms employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the front-end development of a mobile application, focusing on delivering a high-quality, user-friendly experience.

• Architect scalable and maintainable front-end solutions using frameworks such as React Native, Swift, or Kotlin and PWA applications.

• Oversee the integration of AI features (e.g., GPT models) into the front-end, ensuring seamless interaction between the user interface and underlying AI models.

• Coordinate with in-house and outsourced development teams, ensuring consistency in front-end coding standards, design principles, and project deliverables.

• Work closely with back-end engineers to define API requirements and ensure efficient front-end/back-end communication.

• Collaborate with designers, AI engineers, and product managers to align technical implementation with user experience goals.

• Manage technical aspects of third-party and in-house API integrations, ensuring smooth operation and performance.

• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility of the application.

• Guide front-end engineers in implementing best practices, conducting code reviews, and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Stay current on advancements in front-end frameworks, AI integration techniques, and mobile app development trends, applying innovative solutions to the project.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor���s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with significant expertise in mobile application frameworks (React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter).

• Proven experience integrating APIs and AI features into front-end systems, with hands-on knowledge of generative AI models (e.g., OpenAI’s GPT).

• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-platform compatibility, and mobile-first principles.

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects involving both in-house and outsourced development teams.

• Solid knowledge of API integration, authentication protocols, and handling real-time data.

• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and front-end testing frameworks.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying AI-integrated mobile applications.

• Familiarity with generative AI libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow.js, Hugging Face, or similar.

• Background in creating employee-centric or enterprise applications.

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience working closely with design teams.

• Exposure to data visualization and real-time interaction features.
