You excel at architecting, developing, and maintaining optimal cloud infrastructure that ensures stability, scalability, and performance. You are passionate about solving real-time problems faced by our mission-critical cloud-native services and are dedicated to achieving the high quality and reliability our customers expect. You document and clearly communicate your solutions, and you enjoy mentoring junior team members and sharing your knowledge with other engineers. 

What You’ll Do 

As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will: 

• Build user-friendly platforms and tools for rapid, consistent, and secure service provisioning. 

• Implement cloud-native site reliability best practices. 

• Write clear, maintainable, and performant code. 

• Debug cloud-native distributed systems. 

• Educate and influence the engineering organization on new architectural patterns. 

• Provide comprehensive documentation for self-service. 

• Innovate, solve complex issues and enhance system scalability and security. 

• Deploy, automate, maintain, and improve backend infrastructure. 

• Develop, maintain, and enhance continuous integration infrastructure and services. 

• Review code and share best practices within the team. 

• Participate in on-call rotations. 

What Makes You Qualified 

• BS in Computer Science or Engineering. 

• 10+ years of relevant experience. 

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). 

• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (Python, Java). 

• Experience in Unix/Linux systems administration and troubleshooting. 

• Experience in developing flexible, robust, and testable Infrastructure as Code modules. 

• Experience with CI/CD platforms for automating infrastructure, builds, tests, and releases. 

• Familiarity with observability tools (APM, logging, metrics). 

• Experience designing operational management tools for SaaS/PaaS systems. 

• Proficiency with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE). 

• Experience in deploying and managing highly available multi-zone Kafka, Elasticsearch, and MongoDB clusters in large-scale production environments.
