RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge)
Location: Kansas City, MO
Salary: $35.65 - $47.64 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus & Relocation: Available on a case-by-case basis
Shift Differential: Additional $4.00/hour for Nights and Weekends

We are currently hiring Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNC) for multiple inpatient units, including Med-Surg, Med-Surg (Ortho/Trauma), NICU, and Inpatient Oncology. This is a full-time night shift position with rotating weekends.

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital leadership role by ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care while overseeing operational and clinical responsibilities during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient admissions and discharges to ensure efficient patient flow

• Collaborate with leadership to assess and improve quality of care

• Lead shift operations and promote a culture of teamwork and accountability

• Assist in staff scheduling and ensure appropriate labor utilization

• Monitor inventory and coordinate unit supply needs

• Provide input on staffing, performance evaluations, and training

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing and leadership experience

• Active RN license in Missouri or compact state (required)

• Registered Nurse Diploma required; BSN preferred

• BLS and ACLS certifications required within 30 days of hire
