This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee

 

Job Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, process credit card transactions
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• May include providing servers drinks from the service well
• The ability to muti task, help customers along with making the servers drinks for guest seated in restaurant
• Adheres to all established alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking patrons’ identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Provides excellent customer service, anticipating guests’ needs
• Breaks down and cleans/sanitizes food service areas, workstations, and equipment
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
• Takes inventory counts and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels
• Provides excellent guest service, anticipating guests' needs and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender preferred
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of bartending principles and recipes and current trends
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification (will be trained by company)
• Must be able to obtain a Teams Certification (will be trained by company)
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced fun work environment
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lb
• Displays phenomenal hospitality, friendliness, and comprehensive beverage knowledge.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE.

Compensation Data

The tipped hourly rate of pay for this position ranges from $15.79 to $16.27. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.  

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
