We're in search of a Director of Cloud Engineering and Operations. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Engineering, shaping the future of a brand-new Cloud-hosted platform. Be at the forefront of innovation and drive operational excellence as we revolutionize the landscape of AI-powered CRM software.
Collective[i] is passionate about using ML, RPA and other AI technologies along with a network to automate the myriad of tasks that distract sales professionals from selling and provide timely intelligence that helps to grow revenue. Our revenue optimization engine is one of the most transformative technologies to hit the enterprise since CRM. Founded and managed by the early teams behind LinkShare (purchased for $425m) and Overstock (NASDAQ:OSTK), Collective[i] is a private 100% remote company.

Qualifications
- Leadership experience at the director level.
- Experience leading operations or SRE teams supporting a diverse range of technologies.
- Extensive experience with major cloud providers such as AWS or Azure.
- Engineering experience leading site reliability improvements.
- Establishing an environment of enablement through well engineered solutions.
- Experience with containerized runtimes, leveraging hosted provider solutions (managed database instances, packaged k8s clusters, etc)
- Experience with Service Oriented Architecture concepts.
- Experience with observability platforms (splunk, DataDog, ElasticCloud, SumoLogic).
