DOXA Insurance Holdings is a Midwest-domiciled holding company that acquires specialty niche-focused insurance distribution companies such as Managing General Agencies (MGA), Wholesale Brokers, Program Administrators, and Retail Agencies. We currently operate 18 companies and expect that number to grow every year. DOXA’s leaders are experienced insurance executives with credentials in the niche and specialty insurance market. Bradshaw Insurance Group is a Transportation P&C Insurance MGA, which is located in Delphi, Indiana. We are looking to add an retail account manager/agent to our growing team.

Job Duties:

• Seek new opportunities to drive growth for the organization
• Quote New Business
• Prepare & Transmit New Business Indications to Carriers
• Prepare & Issue Certificates for New & Renewal Business
• Provide Potential Insureds Direction for their Insurance Needs
• Service Current Insureds – Answer questions regarding coverage, process changes and address payment issues in coordination with other departments
• Prepare Loss Runs, as needed

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty Licensing (required)
• Life & Health Licensing (preferred)
• College education (preferred)
• Five (5) plus years of sales and/or service experience in the commercial auto/trucking insurance industry
