Typical Project Accountabilities Include:

This role will require travel up to 50%.

  • Authoring, editing, and executing technical qualification and validation documentation for standard equipment/systems/software, and processes as part of a team as directed by the project leader.
  • Basic understanding of system design and/or configuration activities.
  • Maintaining clear and detailed records
  • Adherence with project schedule for all assigned activities.
  • Running tests and documenting results in a summary write up.
  • Working with a set of design standards to create tests to verify functionality/behavior of a system.
  • Developing technical documents utilizing a simple non-technical general description.
  • Running tests and making recommendations for design or process modification based on test results.
  • Managing the overall documentation development and approval process including explanation and justification of document testing, content, and strategy from a quality and regulatory standpoint to facilitate acceptance and approval of the document by required signatories.
  • Documenting the planning and design required to support the changes, approvals, and testing.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or Scientific degree (STEM)
  • Proficiency using PC and Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred:

  • Internship or co-op experience preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Flexible during times of change.
  • Can conform and swiftly adjusts to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Manages complex issues and risks and troubleshoots them as they arise. This role will regularly interface with all levels of the organization and with external vendors and clients.
