Lead Commercial Mortgage Loan Administration Specialist

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced capital markets loan closer to support its CMBS lending platform in the origination and closing of CMBS conduit and SASB loans.

In this role, you will:

• Have oversight and accountability for transaction execution and success, from application to closing
• Manage zoning and property/liability insurance approval
• Work with deal team to coordinate loan document negotiation
• Responsible for boarding closed loans; act as a point of contact with servicing
• Strategically collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Make decisions in complex and multi faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• CMBS origination transactional and processing experience
• a fundamental understanding of capital markets loan documents
• working knowledge of the parties involved in a deal (servicers, rating agencies, and investors) and their roles

• a basic understanding of zoning due diligence and property/liability insurance.

 

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
