FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST - 4pm -10pm

As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations at the YWCA Central mass. This key role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, members, and staff creating a welcoming, professional environment while upholding and promoting the organization’s mission in every interaction.

Hours:  Monday through Friday, 4:00pm - 10:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all incoming calls, page staff, accepts and relays accurate and clearly defined messages
• Greet and assist guests, members, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
• Provides information on programs, workshops, membership, parking and other relevant procedures
• Handle program and membership inquiries, closes sales, and relays all internal communications as necessary via intercom to the residents
• Support general office operations and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Serve as an essential employee, available to work during holidays or building closures

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 18 yrs or older
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Detail-orientated, organized and self motivated.
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
