What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers delivering high-impact Computer Vision projects.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of scalable CV/ML solutions: from ideation and modeling through production deployment and ongoing iteration.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering,  Operations, and UX to integrate CV capabilities seamlessly into the member experience.
• Cultivate a high-performance team focused on impact, learning, and continuous improvement.
