Join Us for a Seasonal Warehouse Role in Brooklyn!  

Are you ready to play a crucial role in our warehouse team from November to December 2025? Uncommon Goods has several entry-level seasonal warehouse roles available in: 

Picking/Packing/Shipping/Gift Boxing 

We're offering a competitive $21/hour rate for this fully onsite position at our Brooklyn headquarters in Sunset Park (N/R Train & B9, B11, and B37 Bus Lines). 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:  

• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.
• Utilize warehouse management systems efficiently.
• Work with a sense of urgency and adaptability.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail.
• Foster positive and collaborative relationships with team members.
• Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Take on miscellaneous duties as needed. 

Productivity standards: 

Picking - 125 Units/hour  

Packing – 100 Units/hour  

Gift Boxing - 80 Units/hour  

Shipping - 250 shipments/hour 

 

Quality Standards:  

Shipments not damaged goal for packing – 99.5%  

Shipments not mispacked goal for picking– 99.8%  

Shipments not mis-shipped goal for shipping – 99.98% 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be a positive team player with a great work ethic.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing or walking for up to 8 hours.
• Open availability is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
• Weekend Availability is REQUIRED.
• Must meet our productivity standards on an ongoing basis.
• No Background checks required!
