The Challenge
Commercial Strategy is a leading team of management consultants and business innovators within the CFO organization. The team is tasked with identifying, designing, and executing initiatives to accelerate strategy and uncover new growth opportunities.

• Identify opportunities to enhance OneTrust’s commercial strategy and prioritize which to pursue.
• Design strategic proposals to capture those opportunities.
• Execute programmatic plans to achieve desired results.

Your Mission

• Lead key analyses and tasks independently, delivering high-quality outputs and actionable insights with minimal guidance.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, compelling recommendations to support strategic decision-making and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Build trust with leadership through consistent delivery, ownership, and proactive problem-solving.
• Identify gaps, propose enhancements, and refine strategies to achieve impactful results.

You Are

• A recent graduate with a top academic record in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Naturally curious, analytically rigorous, and eager to challenge assumptions and uncover innovative solutions.
• Detail-oriented, ensuring precision and data integrity in analyses and outputs.
• Proficient in advanced tools like Excel, BI platforms, and CRM systems, with strong presentation skills.
• Ready to apply experience from SaaS/Tech industries or top-tier consulting firms to a dynamic, high-impact environment.

Extra Awesome

• Experience in SaaS/Tech or top-tier strategy consulting.
• Degree in Engineering/Economics and an MBA preferred.
