This individual will design and lead teams specializing in aerospace facilities, operations and infrastructure – especially aerospace manufacturing, payload processing, servicing and/or delivery.&nbsp; This role demands a deep understanding of hazard mitigation, safety, clean rooms, secure separations with familiarity with ICD-705 preferred.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the design and development of aerospace projects, ensuring alignment with client vision and market trends.</li> <li>Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams – including construction partners - to create innovative design solutions.</li> <li>Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to inform project development and design strategies.</li> <li>Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, exhibits, and specifications.</li> <li>Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.</li> <li>Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet client expectations.</li> <li>Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design processes and outcomes.</li> <li>Make decisions independently on architectural problems and methods and represent the company by resolving important questions concerning the work.</li> <li>Coordinate with and help resolve conflicts with other disciplines based on an advanced understanding of the design process.</li> <li>Proven experience involving Project Programming and Design.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Assignments may include managerial tasks of both project and personnel nature.</li> <li>Has working knowledge of Revit to facilitate &nbsp;production of drawings.</li> <li>Has advanced understanding of codes and standards and has ability to research code issues, present interpretation, and properly apply to pro
