This position reports directly to the Senior Global Payroll Manager based in Dublin, Ireland, and is responsible for administering complete </span><span>in-house semi-</span><span>monthly</span><span> payroll</span><span>s</span><span> processes for employees across the </span><span>USA</span><span>, </span><span>Canada</span><span> and other European entities. The role is instrumental in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and timeliness, while effectively coordinating between HR, Finance, and external service providers.</span></p><p><span></span></p><p><span>What You’ll Do:</span></p><ul><li><span>As part of the global payroll team, you will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll for employees in the </span><span>USA</span><span> , </span><span>Canada</span><span> and other European entities. Based on the company's requirements, there may be occasions when team members are asked to support colleagues or manage additional payroll runs in EMEA</span></li><li><span> </span><span>Work closely with HR team to ensure accurate employee data, including the setup of new employee records, validating employees’ changes, and employee terminations</span></li><li><span>Reconcile and process payroll deduction changes for different country pension funds, enrolments, and deductions, and remit funding periodically</span></li><li><span>Initiate off-cycle payments for terminations within regulatory timeframes</span></li><li><span>Ensure all payroll-related tax filings are done timely and accurately, including the set-up of new accounts with various federal and state and local agencies. Work with tax agencies and payroll service providers to resolve tax issues.</span></li><li><span>Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations - monitoring federal, state, city, and local registrations for payroll taxes.</span></li><li><span> </span><span>Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations (reconciliation of payroll GL accounts to payroll register)</span></li><li><span>Participate in internal/external payroll-related audits and requests.</span></li></ul><p><span></span></p><p><span>What You Need to Succeed</span></p><ul><li><span>You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience processing payroll</span></li><li><span> </span><span>Must have </span><span>USA</span><span> and</span><span>/or</span><span> </span><span>Canadian</span><span> payroll processing experience with strong knowledge of </span><span>USA</span><span> and</span><span>/or</span><span> </span><span>Canadian </span><span>payroll tax, pension, benefits and wage laws</span></li><li><span> </span><span>Payroll processing experience of any of the following countries (Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Greece, France, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, or Saudi Arabia) is advantageous</span></li><li><span>Hi
