What you will be doing as a Machine Operator – Hydro Draw:

Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): 

• Operate Hydraulic Draw Press: Set up and operate hydraulic draw press to form various sheet metal parts, ensuring proper sequence and setup. Set up includes: 

• • Selecting Procedures: Choose the correct drawing actions and set the machine accordingly for each series of parts 

• • Adjusting Pressure: Determine and set the necessary cushion and ram pressure for each draw 

• • Lubricate and Position Parts: Use oil or soap solution to lubricate parts, position them on the die block, and place rubber pads to prevent fracturing 

• Inspect Parts: Visually check each part for wrinkles, tears, and proper contour 

• Transport and Use Tools: Use carloader to transport die blocks and hand tools such as a pry bar, crescent wrench, screwdriver, and mallet for aiding in machine
