Shipping & Refurbishment Technician | In Office | $15.00 an Hour!

Join a growing, progressive company with amazing benefits and on-the-job training as a VRI Shipping Specialist. VRI's Shipping and Refurbishment Specialist is responsible for repairing rental equipment and order fulfillment including packaging and shipping of devices.

Physical presence in the office to accomplish these tasks, meet, and work with others.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm CST

Responsibilities:

• Ensure device functionality and meets quality specifications.

• Ensure all equipment that is collected, cleaned and reflected in VRI’s inventory.

• Responsible for meeting daily and team goals.

• Ability to resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring alternative solutions; implementing solution and /or escalating unresolved.

• Ensure products are shipped out according to VRI standards according to shipping schedule.

• Log into shipping phone que to answer internal communications regarding shipping.

• Responsible for informing Shipping & Refurbishment Lead of inventory needs.

• Responsible for packaging devices properly for shipment including required device documentation.

• Maintain access to, and security of, highly sensitive materials.

• Refer client complaints to appropriate persons.

• Maintain protocol information supplied from reference materials, memos, and training sessions.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Required High School Diploma or GED

• 1-2 years of related professional experience required

• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed

• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams

• Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Proficient in managing multiple tasks as the same time

Pay: $15.00 an hour
