Job Description

We require an experienced Director to provide global leadership and drive transformational change across the immigration network, focusing on:
- design and implementation of globally consistent processes
- implementation of automation technology
- implementation of new global case management platform
- offshoring of hours to VVNs
- creating best practice for Centres of Excellence
- designing and implementing vendor management model for immigration
- continually monitoring client service standards and improving best practice
