What The Role Is

Clearway Energy Group is looking for a part-time addition to our office services team! Reporting to the Office Manager, this position will be primarily charged with reception and administrative support for the San Diego, CA office, and will also provide general office/facilities support as needed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcome and check in internal/external guests to the office.
  • Respond to and route incoming calls on the main office phone line.
  • Maintain accurate records/logs of visitor and contractor access badges.
  • Process and log incoming mail and package deliveries.
  • Maintain a professional, orderly appearance of the general office and conference rooms.
  • Troubleshoot office equipment issues, following up with office team members as necessary.
  • Provide support with mailing, filing, and copying requests.
  • Provide support for internal meeting set-up.
  • Provide planning support for various corporate events and volunteer initiatives.
  • Maintain and update office reference resources such as phone directories, mail procedures, and vendor contacts
  • Support kitchen inventory needs and assist with maintaining cleanliness.
  • Ensure copy and meeting rooms are properly stocked and maintained.
  • Serve as backup to other administrative team members, as needed.
  • Support other administrative and office duties, as required.

What You'll Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2-plus years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to understand and follow directions.
  • Verbal and written communication skills consistent with a professional office environment, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Maintain a positive, motivated attitude that encourages a supportive and collaborative culture.

Working Conditions

  • Normal office environment with frequent use of a computer or telephone in a seated position.
  • Ability to lift 50-pound boxes to a height of 3-4 feet.

Clearway will not sponsor non-immigrant visas for this position (H-1B, TN, E-3, etc.).

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. This role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.

Salary Range Across all U.S. Locations$21$26 USD
