The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Security & Fire Protection Multiple Operations Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the team in Everett, WA.

The candidate will serve as the Everett Site Threat Management (SME) processing all potential & actual threat management cases through to their logical life cycle. The selected candidate will perform multi-disciplinary security operations duties and report to the Everett Security & Fire Operations Senior Manager.

In this role, your work will primarily be site-based with a regional approach specific to focused training needs. This position is perfect for a self-starter and collaborative team player who demonstrates a sense of urgency and initiative in determining and completing actions independently.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute site Security Operations as the top priority: manage daily security tactics, oversee contracts and contractors, ensure physical security system operability, perform incident reporting and disposition, and act as primary security point of contact for projects and events

  • Serve as Threat Management subject matter expert: support threat management team activities, process threat cases through their lifecycle, and coordinate mitigation and escalation with leadership and local authorities

  • Support Badging operations management and compliance: act as badging liaison where assigned (e.g., Paine Field), process badge applications, maintain records, provide training, and ensure adherence to enterprise badging policies

  • Provide Emergency Management and Preparedness support: contribute to development of Emergency Preparedness programs, develop and exercise emergency plans, training, and apply NIMS standards to incident management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Operations - Maintain oversight of site security operations, daily tactics, and uniformed security contractor performance. Manage security contracts: review invoices, perform SLA reviews, address service delivery issues, and implement improvements. Review, investigate, and disposition Uniformed Security Incident Reports (USIR); author/edit post orders and written security instructions as needed. Conduct security assessments and vulnerability analyses; recommend and implement risk mitigation. Monitor video surveillance, access control, and alarm systems; coordinate contractor service and repairs. Represent security as primary contact for site projects, events, and executive stakeholders.

  • Threat Management - Serve on the Everett Threat Management Team (site-level) and support potential/actual threat cases through their lifecycle. Responsibilities include coordination of threat mitigation actions with legal, HR, leadership, and local law enforcement as required. Maintain documentation, tracking, and reporting of threat cases and outcomes.

  • Badging Operations (Boeing internal and Paine Field (PAE)) - Contribute as needed to badging operations: process applications, provide training, maintain compliance records, and support business partners. Support alignment of site badging with Boeing enterprise badging policies & audit requirements. Support alignment of PAE Badging with PAE & Transportations Security Administration (TSA) policies & audit requirements.

  • Emergency Preparedness & Incident Management - Contribute to Emergency Preparedness programs per Boeing, state, and federal standards. Support the development and exercise of emergency plans, evacuation drills, and employee training; facilitate use of Emergency Operations Center (EOC) as needed. Apply NIMS and ICS principles, support training and guidance for incident management team members.

  • Cross-Cutting Responsibilities - Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to less experienced personnel. Deliver presentations and reports to audiences up to executive leadership. Coordinate with internal business partners, regional teams, and external responders to ensure integrated site and regional responses. Regularly assess program health and report findings to enterprise program teams.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in site Security Operations and Security & Fire activities

  • 3+ years of experience managing contractors or contracts, including reviewing invoices and conducting SLA reviews

  • 3+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives
