Job Title: Charge Nurse (RN) - Day Shift

Under New Nurse Management

We seek a highly skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse/ Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising the CNA/Floor Staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the CNA/Floor Staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care

- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information

- Communicate with physicians, patients, and family members regarding patient care

- Ensure compliance with all nursing standards and regulations

- Provide guidance and support to the nursing staff

- Participate in the hiring and training of new nursing staff

Requirements

- Active RN license

- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
