Senior Manager, Regional Key Account Manager

Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our EMEA Key Account Management Team in the position of Senior Regional Key Account Manager. 

Main Responsibilities: 

• Developing and driving Regional Key Account Management strategy for EMEA
• Leading a team of Key Account Managers across the region to meet business targets
• Establishing and monitoring annual budget by customer and Key Account Managers 
• Driving growth and strategic development of existing customers, working cross-functionally and with the relevant Key Account Managers 
• Improving and monitoring the profitability of the services offered
• Developing customer specific roadmaps to maintain continuous improvement
• Collaborating with NAM RKAM team to develop Americas based customers in the EMEA market
• Guiding the team on the management of quotes, contracts, QBR's and MBR's
• Developing the team through the Brooks Up commercial steam and develop succession plans across other functions 

 

What we are looking for: 

• Bachelor / Master of Business Administration, preferably Logistics
• At least 7 years of experience in logistics, preferably in international trade logistics
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong order management experience
• Fluency in English is a must, German or Dutch would be an asset
• High customer orientation paired with strong business acumen
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
• Intermediate or higher knowledge of Excel and competent PowerPoint skills.
