SUMMARY:Assist the Event & Retail Manager to cost effectively drive non-media lead generation and local awareness through the following marketing tactics: events/shows, showrooms, corporate partnerships, retail partnerships, community groups, HOA's, company-created events and more.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * In field coaching, training and in booth work. * Recruiting and interviewing. * Classroom training. Teaching staff methodology, rebuttals, process and procedures. * Manages the department calendar including; negotiating with event sponsors and outside vendors to procure space and to obtain the best value for our investment. Oversees participation in events, sponsorship, retail partnerships and creation of lead-gen opportunities based on established objectives, including on-site administration, resource supervision, and other implementation details. * Collaborate with partners within Renewal to drive results. * Communicate results and strategy with management.
DIRECTION OF OTHERS: * Provides guidance, training, and work direction to Retail Marketing Reps.
QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications preferred or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities. * Some experience in sales/marketing, planning events and/or managing sales/retail teams. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to think strategically, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail * Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills
