Your Role:

• Lead the charge in extrusion trials, transforming customer visions into tangible innovations, and meticulously document the journey from trial to triumph.
• Bridge the gap between customers and our team, ensuring projects not only meet but exceed expectations.
• Spearhead twin screw lab trials, collaborating closely with scientists and engineers to pilot groundbreaking R&D compounding programs.
• Master the scale-up process, ensuring seamless transitions from lab to production while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Get hands-on with polymer compounding and processing, aiming for the pinnacle of mechanical properties across R&D and production lines.
• Champion the specification and troubleshooting of new equipment, continuously pushing the boundaries of our capabilities.
• Collaborate with our technology mavens to craft the next generation of thermoplastic compounds, setting new benchmarks in the industry.
• Leverage your expertise in mechanical testing to not just meet but set the standards, ensuring our products lead the market.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• Armed with a BS in Engineering, you shine in Plastics Engineering, Material Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in thermoplastic compounding, with a knack for turning commercial volume production into an art.
• A self-motivated team player, your communication skills are as strong as your technical expertise.
• Innovative at heart, you're always ready to think outside the box and push boundaries.
• Travel-ready, you're open to visiting customers, vendors, and industry events to keep us at the cutting edge.

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 + Bonus
