Your insights and analytics will guide and influence decision-making processes, supporting business initiatives within the finance domain. You will be instrumental in policy and process improvement, identifying opportunities, and proposing effective solutions. Your responsibilities will extend to representing finance on cross-functional teams, providing mentorship to analysts, and managing the consolidation of annual plans, budgets, and forecasts at the WW level.</p> <p> </p> <p>What the Role Offers</p> <ul> <li> Manage the WW PS processes that support regional and business unit performance, reporting directly to the Manager of the Revenue Engine team.</li> <li> Provide complex financial analysis for a financial function or business.</li> <li>Manage the consolidation of annual plans, budgets, and forecasts for leadership presentations at WW level.</li> <li>Provide inputs to Business-aligned FBP teams and develop narratives highlighting key impacts and opportunities.</li> <li>Coordinate Master Data updates and support SOX controls and audit requests.</li> <li>Manage Statutory IC charges for NSOAX.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What You Need to Succeed</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>First-level university degree with a focus on business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.</li> <li>Typically, 4+ years of experience as a financial analyst.</li> <li>Experience in more than one finance function is a plus.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>Knowledge and Skills</em></p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis and analytical skills.</li> <li>Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).</li> <li>Experience with tools like NetSuite, OpenAir, and others is a plus.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>One Last Thing</p> <p><br/> Join us in shaping the financial landscape by contributing to a dynamic team, where your skills, experience, and dedication will make a significant impact.
