Dealership Receptionist/ Office Assistant

Lynch Denver is seeking a full-time Dealership Receptionist/ Office Assistant to join our team! Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Dealership Receptionist/ Office Assistant is responsible for greeting customers in a friendly manner, daily deposits, balancing the cash drawer, and verifying invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Title processing
• Posting deals
• Filing/ scanning audits for all deals
• Miscellaneous accounting tasks
• Compute commissions for sales staff
• Deal processing of new and used car purchases

Requirements

• Previous dealership experience preferred
• Basic accounting knowledge is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Comfortable interacting with customers and staff
• Must have the ability to multi-task in fast paced environments
• Excellent Attention to detail and organizational skills required
• Open to cross-training for other accounting positions within the dealership
