Administrative and Fiscal Specialist

Named by the Boston Globe as one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts for the last three years, our community-based, mission-driven hospice and palliative care organization seeks an Administrative and Fiscal Specialist to join its Fiscal Department.  

 

Job Responsibilities:

The Administrative and Fiscal Specialist provides administrative support for the Fiscal Department, ensuring full compliance with Good Shepherd procedures and regulatory agency requirements.

 

Schedule and Weekly Hours:

Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. This is a 40-hour position.

 

Education, Skills and Experience:

  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, well-organized, thorough and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Computer skills are essential.
