This role is part of the Learning and Management Team within the People division. The Sr Manager, Performance and Talent Management Programs leads a dynamic team of talent and performance specialists, driving enterprise-wide transformation through scalable frameworks and strategic program design. It blends long-term capability building with tactical execution, embedding structured processes and analytics to align talent strategies with evolving business needs and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Lead and evolve a high-performing team of talent and performance specialists by creating scalable frameworks that drive transformation across performance and talent management

• Oversee the day-to-day tactical lifecycle of initiatives through program design, implementation, and enhancement, ensuring alignment with evolving business priorities and workforce dynamics.

• Shape and operationalize talent and performance strategies by embedding structured process tools that facilitate goal setting, succession planning, talent reviews, and performance management for business partners and leaders.

• Balance long-term capability building with near-term execution, enabling leaders to activate talent levers that drive measurable business outcomes.

• Co-create strategic direction with the Director of Talent and Performance Management, translating macro-level talent imperatives into actionable program roadmaps. Influence decision-making by integrating external trends, internal diagnostics, and stakeholder insights into program design and deployment.

• Develop and foster cross-functional collaboration across People Business Partners, Leadership Development, Compensation, People Analytics, Global Engagement, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of talent and performance management initiatives.

• Establish governance mechanisms that foster shared ownership, accelerate adoption, and reinforce cultural alignment.

• Use analytics to evaluate program impact, uncover systemic barriers, and inform strategic direction. Develop dashboards and storytelling tools that elevate talent insights to the executive level and support data-driven decisions.

• Facilitate creation and development of tools and content for executive-level dialogues that connect talent and performance strategy to business transformation.

• Design and execute project plans, change management and communication strategies , while embedding talent and performance programs into the organization. Integrate behavioral science and stakeholder insights to tailor messaging and drive sustained engagement across diverse audiences.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in project planning, performance management, talent analytics and succession planning, competency modeling, job analysis and skill profiling

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Strategic Planning, or a related field.

• 7+ years’ experience in program and project management in large, complex global organizations Experience in designing and implementing world-class talent and performance development process workplans

• Proven results in delivering high quality HR programs for all levels of the organization

• Exposure and understanding of enterprise-wide talent planning activities

• Deep or extensive SAP SuccessFactors experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Strong understanding of talent and performance
